Dr. Shinto was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Biology and received his DDS degree from Loyola University of Chicago where he received numerous awards for his clinical skills. He has taught operative dentistry in the clinic at USC School of Dentistry, is past president of the Academy for Excellence in Dentistry, a member of San Gabriel Valley Implant Study Club, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Gabriel Valley Dental Society. Community service is a big part of Dr. Shinto’s life. He is past president of The Southeast Youth Organization, Norwalk Youth Sports, and has spent many years coaching
