We are a husband and wife who have located our dental and optometry practices at 12 Lexington Boulevard in the Baywood office park in Delaware, Ohio. Dr. Jason Fomich graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and began practicing in 1993. After relocating to Delaware County with his family, he began practicing with Dr. Robert Whitacre, who later retired in 1997. Since then, Dr. Fomich has enjoyed working in the Delaware community and watching his practice grow. The past year has brought exciting advances in dental technology to his dental office.
