The Fowler Memorial Free Dental Clinic officially opened its doors to patients on April 3, 2009. Patients (children 3 - 12) are seen on a referral-basis only via the following referrers:

Public Health Nurse
Monroe Clinic ER or Pediatrics Departments
Green County School Nurse
Currently the clinic is in need of more dental professional volunteers such as dentists, dental assistants and dental hygienists so the clinic can be open more days than just Fridays and could extend the patient population beyond the 3-12 yrs. age range it currently services.
